In Tracelink, it is possible in several modules to send e-mail directly to e.g. a sales activity. In other modules it is a way to get imported documents into e.g. an order.
This makes it easy to keep track of all documentation and communication.
Tracelink can also email reminders around eg. tool to be looked for soon.
Tracelink email gives you:
- Submitting email for order and sales activities
- Transferring documents to order
- Creating leaflets and certificates
- Transmissions of reminders about maintenance, sales activity, etc.
