What is ERP and why is it relevant? | Tracelink

What is ERP?

An ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a digital resource planning program that collects and keeps track of the company's orders, sales, purchases, inventory management and accounting.

Together with e-conomic, Tracelink forms a modern cloud-based ERP system so that you can keep track of your entire supply chain - from order to invoice.

Order Management

Planning, instructions and documentation are collected and visualized on the order. Assign a status to the order and adjust it continuously as the order makes its way through the company, so everyone can see how far the order has reached.

Warehouse Management

Get full control over your inventory. Register new items and monitor inventory and value so you always know what you have in stock. All movements in the warehouse are logged, so you can create statistics on the most sold items.

Purchase

Keep track of your purchases with expected return of goods to the warehouse, so you can easily plan purchases and manage your supply chain. Create a purchase order and send it directly to your supplier when the stock has reached its minimum.

Financial Accounting

With integration for e.g. e-conomic, at the end of the order, an invoice can easily be sent to the customer so that the work is paid for.

Print

Get a tailor-made print for either packing slips, order confirmations, picking slips, labels, etc.

Dashboard

Set up Tracelink's Dashboard on a large screen in the production hall, so that the overview is shared with employees in the company.

Access via app

With Tracelink's mobile app, you can access all your data, even while you're on the move.
